Retail campaign delivery from strategy to store

A campaign needs a clear idea and a practical route into use. We bring shopper thinking, creative development and artwork together, with production and rollout requirements considered from the start.

Agree what needs to happen

We begin with the objective, the audience and the retail environment. We then identify the campaign assets, the approvals needed and the delivery dates. That gives everyone a shared view of what Juice will provide and what sits with your team or other partners.

Build the campaign around an agreed scope

Strategy and proposition: define the shopper task and the message.

Creative development: explore the campaign idea and how it will work across the intended formats.

Design and artwork: develop the approved route into the required assets.

Production planning: establish the specifications, quantities, proofing and supply requirements.

Rollout planning: agree where the assets need to go, who receives them and any on-site requirements.

Review: compare the delivery with the agreed brief and gather the available campaign evidence.

Keep the idea consistent as the formats change

An activation toolkit can bring the approved creative, assets and usage guidance together. It helps the people adapting or deploying a campaign understand what is fixed and where local or retailer-specific variations are allowed.

Our BFree and M&M's Halloween work show how a campaign can be developed across several channels and collected into a toolkit.

Plan the physical rollout

Tell us about the destinations, the store or site requirements, the delivery window and the people involved. Packing, distribution, installation and confirmation of completion should each have a named owner in the project plan.

If your brief needs support on site, include that requirement at the beginning. We will discuss it alongside the creative and production work so the agreed scope is clear.

Production and installation experience

For King Richard III Visitor Centre in Leicester, our exhibition work brought together design, illustration, production and installation. We also worked with local fabricators on replica weapons and armour, connecting the creative story with the physical visitor experience.

Can Juice handle every stage

Our previous work includes projects spanning creative development, production and installation. For a new brief, we confirm the work Juice will provide, the specialist partners involved and who owns each handover. Share the destinations, deadlines and on-site requirements so we can agree a delivery plan.

Can you join a project that is already underway

Yes. Share the current creative, approved assets, outstanding work and fixed dates. We can review the requirements and discuss where our team can contribute.

What will we need to approve

The proposed scope, creative route, asset specifications and final artwork will need named decision-makers. Any product claims, promotion terms or retailer-specific content also need the appropriate approval before use.

Tell us what is already in place and which parts of the project need support.
